How to request and review a Certificate of Analysis
A batch Certificate of Analysis connects the delivered batch with reported analytical results. The required scope should be stated in the RFQ and confirmed before order release.
Assess Al, Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Zn, and Ga against the specification.
Units, test method, and reporting limit must be interpretable.
The agreed specification remains the acceptance basis.

Fields a CoA should contain
Useful fields include manufacturer, product or grade, unique batch identifier, production or test date, reported elements, units, and release status.
For HUABO RFQs, buyers should state the required scope for Al, Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Zn, and Ga. Any additional elements, methods, or reporting limits are agreed in advance.

Typical data is not a delivery CoA
The website shows published typical batch compositions for technical context. These figures do not guarantee a future batch and do not replace the purchase specification.
Acceptance is governed by the agreed limits and the actual CoA for the delivered batch.

Plausibility checks for procurement and quality
Confirm that batch and product references match the label, delivery note, and purchase order. Compare every acceptance-critical result on the same unit and calculation basis.
Clarify ambiguous zero values, rounding, absent reporting limits, or an unspecified test method before release.

Specify the CoA in the RFQ
State required elements, limits, units, method, reporting limits, language, electronic or printed format, and the required batch reference.
Request additional evidence where relevant to the project approval process. Availability and version are confirmed before quotation.
