Batch data, Certificates of Analysis, RoHS reports, and ISO certificates are documented with reference numbers and validity dates — not just claimed.
Every shipment includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis per YS/T665-2018 (comparable to EN 573-3 for high-purity applications). RoHS reports and ISO certificates remain verifiable at any time.
We show typical batch data with Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Zn, and Ga — not just a minimum specification. That makes application fit easier to assess early.

Process
Our facility sits directly inside the Zhongfu electrolysis casting centre. Hot green liquid aluminium (99.9%) is transferred loss-free, purified through primary and secondary segregation to up to 4N5, and released as 8-20 kg ingots with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. Segregation purification technology co-developed with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The process is additionally backed by 29 patents.

Standard grades remain 3N2 to 4N. For specific projects, extended secondary segregation can support purity targets from 99.993% to 99.995%, alongside customer-specific downstream forms.
The new product images make an important point: HUABO is not only an ingot supplier. When your application needs something beyond standard ingots, we can discuss high-purity sheet, wire coils, electronic guide pins, and smaller feedstock forms on a project basis.
