HUABO Advanced Aluminium supplies high-purity aluminium ingots from 99.90% to 99.99% purity to industrial buyers in Germany.
HUABO offers four standard grades: 3N2 (>=99.90%), 3N5 (>=99.95%), 3N8 (>=99.98%), and 4N (>=99.99%). Secondary segregation, the technical core barrier, also allows HUABO to supply 4N5 up to 99.995% when required. Composition data is documented per YS/T665-2018.

HUABO uses a multi-stage segregation purification process based on directional solidification: 3N primary raw material, refining in a 25t melting furnace, online filtration, primary segregation, and secondary segregation. Secondary segregation is the technical core barrier enabling stable 3N8/4N output and 4N5 up to 99.995% for specific applications.

The Guangyuan, Sichuan production facility uses hydropower-based electricity. This is documented by Certificate GPA-PMA20230821002 with a 110,000 t molten aluminium scope. It supports lower embedded-carbon sourcing compared with coal-powered smelters.

High-purity aluminium ingots fall under REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex V, item 8, which exempts naturally occurring substances that are not chemically modified. Refined aluminium metal ingots are generally exempt from REACH registration as they are classified as a metal in massive form that does not pose a risk under normal use conditions. HUABO can provide supporting documentation for customer REACH compliance assessments upon request.
Yes. HUABO provides a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for high-purity aluminium ingots upon request. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with batch-specific chemical composition data is provided with each shipment as standard, covering all measured elements (Al, Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Zn, Ga) per YS/T665-2018. Extended trace element analysis is available for 3N8 and 4N grades.
RoHS 2.0 testing was performed by Dongguan True Safety Testing Co., Ltd. (TST), located in Houjie, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The test was conducted on November 25-28, 2024 per IEC 62321 series standards, covering all 10 RoHS 2.0 restricted substances including cadmium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, PBBs, PBDEs, and four phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBP).
