HUABO Advanced Aluminium supplies high-purity aluminium ingots from 99.90% to 99.99% purity to industrial buyers in Germany.
HUABO offers four standard grades: 3N2 (>=99.90%), 3N5 (>=99.95%), 3N8 (>=99.98%), and 4N (>=99.99%). A target up to 4N5 or 99.995% can be submitted with chemistry limits, application, and total quantity for project-specific feasibility review. Composition data is documented per YS/T665-2018.

HUABO uses a multi-stage segregation purification process based on directional solidification: 3N primary raw material, refining in a 25t melting furnace, online filtration, primary segregation, and secondary segregation. HUABO describes secondary segregation as a process step for 3N8 and 4N. A target up to 4N5 or 99.995% is reviewed only against the project RFQ.

HUABO provides ISO 9001 (36826Q00159R001, valid to 2029-02-09), ISO 45001 (3682653261798R0S, valid to 2029-02-09), the Green-Power Product Evaluation Certificate GPA-PMA20230821002 covering 110,000 t of molten aluminium.
The Guangyuan, Sichuan production facility uses hydropower-based electricity. This is documented by Certificate GPA-PMA20230821002 with a 110,000 t molten aluminium scope. It supports lower embedded-carbon sourcing compared with coal-powered smelters.

Standard supply is 8-20 kg small-format aluminium ingots produced to YS/T665-2018. Ingot weight, packaging, and composition targets can be aligned to customer production requirements.
The production facility is in Guangyuan Economic Development Zone, Sichuan, China. Stated current capacity is 5,000 t/year and 30,000 t/year is a planned expansion target. Capacity is not actual output or guaranteed availability.

RoHS 2.0 testing was performed by Dongguan True Safety Testing Co., Ltd. (TST), located in Houjie, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The test was conducted on November 25-28, 2024 per IEC 62321 series standards, covering all 10 RoHS 2.0 restricted substances including cadmium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, PBBs, PBDEs, and four phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBP). All substances were reported as Not Detected (N.D.). Reports: TST20241108094C (Chinese) and TST20241108094E (English).
