What can be reviewed publicly
Product pages show published typical compositions for 3N2, 3N5, 3N8, and 4N. These support initial screening but do not replace the purchase specification or the actual CoA for the delivered batch.

What the buyer should define in the RFQ
State grade or target chemistry, form, total quantity, application, and project stage. Add acceptance-critical elements, test or reporting limits, and required documents.
Additional document availability, language, version, and project-specific declarations are confirmed before quotation. Buyers should determine whether issuer, validity, scope, and content meet their own approval requirements.

Read certificate scope correctly
The green-power certificate states a scope of 110,000 t of molten aluminium. This is not HUABO plant capacity and must not be presented as actual output, sales volume, or available project quantity.
HUABO separately states current capacity of 5,000 t/year and planned capacity of 30,000 t/year. Those figures also do not replace project-specific availability confirmation.

The buyer owns the approval decision
A certificate or report answers only the question defined in its scope. Review material linkage, tested subject, date, validity, and exclusions against the purchase specification.
HUABO provides publicly discoverable evidence and a direct contact; the buyer determines technical, regulatory, and internal suitability.
